I'm trying to pack up and make sure I'm ready for tomorrow's PlanetHugger-Boston expo (I'll be giving two talks on vermicomposting (worms) and two on the 200 Foot Garden).  In looking for cool web sites about worms, I found this one:

This guy is amazing.  Talk about someone who is thoroughly exploring and experimenting.  If you're thinking about doing worm composting, check out this site.

I just read a great book about worm composting, the best one I've checked out so far and I definitely recommend it. It's called The Worm Book: The Complete Guide to Worms in Your Garden by Loren Nancarrow. They have a copy at the Brookline Library if you have a card there.
ReplyDeleteI really wish I could make your talk, as I have tried and failed 3 times to vermicompost. But I won't be able to go to the expo. :-|
Thanks, I'll definitely have to check out the book from the garden.
ReplyDeleteThe talk went well--lots of enthusiastic folks. What went wrong with your previous attempts at vermicompost?
